What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. - What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. Tranquil retreat
This is a unique place, comprised of tranquil atmosphere, outstanding love and care, and surrounding nature.
We can as a couple to celebrate my 60'th birthday and the place was higher than our expectations in almost every aspect.

Needs a total makeover!
The pictures online look great but the rooms, hallways, pool chairs and common areas needs some major TLC!! We changed rooms right when we arrived (did not like the second floor with filthy lounge chairs and barely a view). We were moved to a higher floor. The two rooms we were in were not the cleanest. The bathroom had a black hair stuck to the door with an added bonus of pink lipstick smear by the door handle. The paint was chipping and the extra lounge was quite dirty. The furniture was worn and marked up. I felt I needed to wear the slippers while in the room. Common area couches and pool loungers were dirty and were screaming to be cleaned! The hallways to the rooms were disgusting and stained. Now to the good part….breakfast buffet was great and the Lotte restaurant was excellent. I like nice places and maybe this is one of the nicest in the area….I would hate to see the average places.

I would never stay here again
We came to stay in this hotel to relax before the day before we go to our fathers grave as a family.
At 10 pm we hear a concert when we got back from dinner. We asked when it would be over. They said half an hour. So we all got ready for bed. After 35 min I called the front desk. Then10 min later again. She gave me same answer. She needs to check. At 5 min to 11 I called and she told me it can go all night.
And offered to change our rooms. We’re all unpacked in bed at 11pm.
If you are a party hotel, or know you’re having a concert tell your guests before you put them in the rooms above the concert deck.

If only…….
Visually stunning but highly variable close up. Stained deckchair cushions, chipped paint in the elevators detracts from lovely bedrooms and a great location. Ordering pre dinner drinks took 20 minutes and English speaking staff were friendly but often ineffective
